Homemade burgers and craft beers

Our burgers are crafted using local ingredients sourced from short supply chains. The bread is made in-house every morning with flour from the Hurtigheim Mill and organic hemp seeds from Alsace. Organic seasonal vegetables are carefully selected by our local producer, Jean-Marie ZERR in Dangolsheim. Our beef comes from the neighboring German region of Baden-Württemberg, and it is freshly ground every day in our kitchens. Starling beers are brewed by our friends at "Les Intenables" brewery in Rosheim.
